Are there any additional costs?
No. All core features and your dealership website are included. Third-party services, such as data providers, are charged separately as used.
Do you charge per user?
No. Add as many team members as you need. Everyone gets the same platform at no extra cost.
What happens if I add more stock?
Your subscription automatically increases in five-vehicle blocks, with the new amount applied from your next billing cycle.
Can I reduce my capacity?
Yes. You can reduce your capacity at any time, down to the minimum that covers your current stock.
Will stock entry be interrupted or will I pay mid-month charges?
No. Stock entry continues when capacity increases. Your billing owner is notified, and the higher recurring charge starts on your next billing cycle. There are no mid-month overage or prorated charges.
Do I need to try the demo before signing up?
No. The 14-day populated seeded demo and the 30-day free trial with your own dealership are separate choices. Neither requires doing the other first.
What does the starting price cover?
£50 per month + VAT covers capacity for 1–5 stock vehicles. Each additional five-vehicle capacity block adds £25 per month + VAT. Your website, unlimited users and all platform features are included.
